Hosted by the Marin Women’s Commission, this inclusive free event attracts over 250 teens from across the county, along with enthusiastic support from parents and the community. The inspiring day is packed with dynamic guest speakers, engaging workshops, and empowering exhibitors—all designed to help young women discover their voices, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.
The Marin Teen Girl Conference is organized in tandem with Marin teen leaders as part of our Teen Ambassador Program. This means it is the only event of its kind organized by teens for teens. Last year, we welcomed hundreds of attendees who learned about everything from opening checking accounts to mental health to body positivity to career pathways.
