The Yoga Hike is a fun way to enjoy the scenic Hidden Villa Trails and learn more about loving and caring for your body. Before we begin our hike, our teacher will guide you with the best standing stretches to care for your back, hamstrings and quads! We will stop along the way for review, questions and learning other ways to make the most of both Yoga techniques and making the most of hiking safely and within your comfort level. Wear comfortable, stretchable, or loose fitting clothing and comfortable walking/hiking shoes.
