Come explore where the water meets the land along the Turtle Back Nature Trail.  Junior Rangers will discover all kinds of wonders along this 3/4-mile trail, loaded with up-close experiences with plant and animal communities that live within the intersections of oak woodlands, grasslands, mud flats, and tidal salt marsh. We will look at glittering crystals on salt grass, listen for the zippy hum of Anna’s hummingbirds, and quietly observe egrets as they deftly hunt for their lunch.
