For the 26th consecutive years The Persian Society of Marin will be celebrating the ancient custom of bidding farewell to the winter and welcoming the Spring season and the rebirth of nature (A New Beginning), in beautiful McNear's Beach Park, overlooking the San Francisco Bay. You will enjoy the music, dance, and the ritual of cleansing of what has passed to bring on the new by jumping over bonfires.
Persian food with hot and cold beverages will be available at the location for reasonable prices.
